Cricketer Virat Kohli & actress Anushka Sharma announced that they are expecting their first child through their social media handle. The another ‘Viraat’, despite Indian Navy’s best efforts to get its iconic warship, which served the nation loyally for 30 glorious years, is converted into a war museum. Government of India recently announced its decision to scrap INS Viraat in the parliament. INS Viraat, the Guinness record holder for being the longest-serving warship of the world, heads to the along ship-breaking yard in Gujarat in September, where it will be broken & sold as scrap.

Anushka Sharma & Virat Kohli, who got married in 2017, are expecting their first baby. They shared the news with their fans through their social media post ‘And then, we were three! Arriving Jan 2021’. Which means that their little one will be arriving in January 2021, prior to 2021 World Cup which will be held in India.
Due to Covid-19 various mega events of Cricket has been moved out to forward dates. ICC confirmed that the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2020 will be held in Australia in 2022. India will host the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 as planned.

The increasing cases of Covid-19 is causing delay from BCCI to announce the IPL 2020 schedule.
Currently team players & staff are following the robust testing protocols set by the BCCI, teams will be under quarantine for 6 days as per the protocols. International players have started to join their respective teams. As per Detailed Standard Operation Procedure issued by BCCI team & management staff will undergo tests on day1, day3 & day 6 of six days quarantine period in UAE.
