Rishabh Pant: Indian wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant wins the ICC Men’s Player of the Month Award for his scintillating performances throughout the month. The International Cricket Council (ICC) announces the Player of the Month Awards on Monday (February 8). The southpaw, who is currently in Chennai where Team India is battling with England in the opening Test being played at Chepauk Stadium in Chennai. Pant has been exceptional during the ongoing 2-match Test series against England.

Pant has notched a blistering knock of 91 off 88 deliveries, comprising nine fours and five massive sixes. Rishabh Pant along with Cheteshawar Pujara helped revive India's first innings. The duo put a decisive 119-run stand for the fifth wicket as India finished their first innings at 337 against Joe Root's England.
