India vs England IND vs ENG 2nd Test: Ravichandran Ashwin becomes the first bowler to dismiss 200 left-handers in Test cricket. He has reached this incredible feat in his 77th Test against England at Chepauk. His most frequent victims are - David Warner (10 times), Alastair Cook and Ben Stokes (9 times), and Ed Cowan and James Anderson (7 times). Ashwin has been bowled sensationally and gets back-to-back five-wicket hauls at his home ground just like shooting fish in a barrel.

Moreover, this is Ashwin's 23rd five-wicket haul in 45 home Tests and he goes past England ruthless paceman Jimmy Anderson's 22 fifers in his 89 Tests. Only Muralitharan (45), Herath (26), and Kumble (25) have taken more fifers at home. The hosts are way ahead in the Chennai Test with a lead of 195 and they'd look to swell it up more.

Earlier on the day, only four English batsmen made it into double figures as the visitors bundled out for a paltry 134 in reply to India's first innings score of 329. The visitors could add just 28 runs post Tea and lost their wickets at the regular intervals. Ben Foakes (42*) showed a lot of spunk in his comeback game for England but ran out of partners just like Rishabh Pant for India. R Ashwin took 5/43 for the hosts while Ishant Sharma and Axar Patel also took a piece.

Rohit Sharma notched an astonishing 161-run knock, comprising 18 fours and two sixes and he was equally supported by Rahane's well-made (67) before England hit back with quick wickets in the final session. Moeen Ali picked up four wickets and Olly Stone picked three wickets on his debut.
