The West Indies being forced to 'Follow-On' by the Kiwi captain Tom Latham in the final Test vs New Zealand. WI skipper Jason Holder put up a decent fight in the middle along with the debutant and both managed to take the series decider Test into Day 4. Holder was unbeaten on 60, debutant Joshua da Silva not out at 25 after day three. The hosts are in a commanding position and just four wickets away from a series whitewash against the Windies.

At Stumps on Day 3, West Indies were 244/6, still lagging behind by 85 runs after being forced to (f/o) of 329 by New Zealand. From the Windies' point of view, these two will have to continue for a longer period if they've to stand a chance. While the hosts are in a commanding position and are just four wickets away from a complete whitewash.

Jason Holder along with the debutant Joshua Da Silva put a crucial 74-run stand for the seventh wicket to keep the visitors still alive in the game. At one stage, it was looking improbable after the disastrous fall of wickets at regular intervals. But Holder and Da Silva have batted well and still played some eye-catching shots, played and missed a few times but they have hung in there.
