NZ vs PAK 2nd T20 Highlights: The hosts, New Zealand overpowered Pakistan by nine wickets in the second T20I at Seddon Park, Hamilton. Seifert-Southee duo guides the Kiwi to an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series against Pakistan. Mohammad Hafeez was the lone warrior in the Pakistan line-up with his scintillating 99-run knock to propelled his team to a challenging total. New Zealand, in reply, got off to a swift start with Martin Guptill and Tim Seifert coming out all guns blazing. Tim Seifert started from where he left at Eden Park and crossed the final hurdle with his teammate and NZL skipper Kane Williamson.

 With this emphatic victory over the visitors, New Zealand sealed the series by 2-0 with a game to go, and the Kiwis' unbeaten streak this summer continues. Both Kane Williamson and Tim Seifert both put together an unbeaten 129-run stand for the second wicket led the home side to a thumping victory without additional harm done. 

Seifert played a blistering knock of 84* off 63, including 8 fours and three over the ropes while Williamson scored a steller half-century (57* off 42) studded with eight boundaries. For Pakistan, Faheem Ashraf claimed the only wicket of New Zealand.

Tim Southee was adjudged as 'Man of the Match' award for his exceptional bowling performances. Southee came out with the magical figures 4/21 in his four overs. Ish Sodhi and Jimmy Neesham also picked one wicket each for the Black Caps.

Earlier, Pakistan have won the toss and have opted to bat. Tim Southee got the ball to swing up the order and demolished Pakistan top-order had no answers against him. Shadab Khan and Mohammad Hafeez bailed their team out of trouble in the first and second matches respectively. Hafeez notched an unbeaten 99 off just 57 balls studded with 10 fours and 5 maximum and helped to set a par total of 163/6 in 20 overs. 

Undoubtedly, the Pakistan cricket team will be missing Babar Azam's services in their batting line-up to consolidate the innings upfront on both occasions. So, the visitors to come up with better performances in the final T20 at Napier on December 22.
