IPL 2020 KKR vs DC Playing 11

KKR vs DC Playing 11: The two-time IPL winners Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) taking on the table-toppers Delhi Capitals(DC) at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium Stadium, Abu Dhabi in tomorrow's IPL Match 42 of the Indian Premier League(IPL) 2020. The match is scheduled to take place at 7.30 PM IST. Delhi Capitals and Knight Riders both lost their previous matches against KXIP and RCB respectively. Narine plays his first game after being cleared by the IPL's suspect bowling action committee as the spinner was included in the KKR Playing 11 against Delhi Capitals today. Narine came in the place of Kuldeep Yadav.

Sunil Narine and Kamlesh Nagarkoti make a come back to the Knight Riders side in place of Tom Banton and Kuldeep Yadav while DC also makes two changes - Ajinkya Rahane, Anrich Nortje comes in for Prithvi Shaw and Daniel Sams.

After shifting the captaincy from Dinesh Karthik to Morgan, Kolkata Knight Riders have not seen significant changes in their performance. However, in their previous match, the team being castled by Virat's Royal Challengers Bangalore for a total of 84/8 in their 20 overs, the lowest total by any team in IPL history after playing full quota of 20 overs.

Their opponent on the hand, Shreyas Iyer-led Delhi Capitals have been in such a decent form and played some fabulous cricket all around. They are the table-toppers with 14 points from 10 matches with a much better Net Run rate of +0.774.

However, they also lost their previous encounter against KL Rahul and Co after picking KXIP's key wickets of in-form top-order batsmen. They disappointed in middle overs as couldn't pick up wickets when the team needed it most.

Delhi Capitals are currently leading the points table with 14 points from their 10 games while Knight Riders(KKR) is at the 4th spot with 10 points from ten games they have been played so far. So, KKR will be looking for a win here to remain in the hunt for the playoffs but it seems to be difficult especially against in-form Delhi Capitals.
