IPL Mid-season Transfer window, Delhi Capitals:  Things have turned all the more adverse for Delhi Capitals. Wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant has been ruled out for minimum 10 days as he suffers grade 1 hamstring tear. Delhi Capitals don't have any Indian origin wicket-keeper in the squad due to which Australian Alex Carey was included in the playing 11 against Mumbai Indians. Shimron Hetmyer sacrificed his place, as one team one can including only four overseas players in the starting line up. In Rishabh's absence, Delhi have the perfect chance to sign wicketkeeper in the mid-season transfer window.

The absence of Hetmyer was clearly visible in the match against Mumbai Indians. A hard hitter like Hetmayer provides a perfect ending to the innings. Delhi Capitals need to sign an Indian Wicketkeeper if they want to include Hetmyer in the playing 11. With mid-season transfer underway they have the perfect opportunity to sign players and become the first team to trading in the mid-season window. These are three players which can replace Pant at Delhi Capitals

Parthiv Patel

Parthiv Patel was the first-choice wicketkeeper for Royal Challengers Banglore last season. In the current edition, things have changed for him. He is yet to play a match in IPL 2020. In this edition, RCB management decided to give gloves to experienced AB de Villiers. The arrival of Padikkal and Aaron Finch further blocked his path to playing 11. Parthiv has huge experience of playing in IPL, he is looking for playing time and Delhi Capitals is the perfect place for him to go.

Aditya Tare

With more senior Quinton de Kock and Impressive Ishan Kishan ahead, Aditya Tare has failed to crack into the Mumbai Indians final11 in this edition. Mumbai Indians bought Tare in 2018 and since then he got only a handful of opportunities to showcase his potential. Tare had an impressive domestic season. Delhi Capitals can bag in the Mumbaikar to replace Rishabh Pant.
