IPL 2020 Orange Cap Winner: The 13th edition of the IPL was won by Mumbai Indians(MI) as the side defeated Delhi Capitals in the finals at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai on Tuesday. Mumbai Indians put on a great show in the IPL 2020 final to lifts its record-breaking fifth IPL title, beating Delhi Capitals, who were playing their first-ever final. The only thing that perhaps didn't go Mumbai Indians' way was the flip of the coin but after that everything they touched turned into gold. As the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) came to an end on Tuesday, Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) skipper KL Rahul won the Orange Cap along with the "Game-changer" Award. MI all-rounder Hardik Pandya receives the award on Rahul's behalf as he was not available for the final to take his awards.
The Orange Cap is awarded to the batter who scores the most number of runs in a single season of the IPL.
Kings XI Punjab(KXIP) skipper KL Rahul scored 670 runs in 14 matches with an impressive average of 55.83 and he striking the ball with 129.34. His best score of 132 came against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) this season.
KL Rahul said "A big thank you to all the supporters. Winning the orange cap feels nice, but it would've been nicer if we had gone further in the tournament. However, I got to learn a lot about being a leader this tournament".

In terms of bowling, DC ruthless quick Kagiso Rabada finished with 30 wickets from 17 matches, Mumbai Indians pacer Jasprit Bumrah finished with second-most wickets (27) this season along with Trent Boult, who finished 3rd with 25 wickets from 17 matches this season.
