IPL 2020: The defending champions Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders, Rajasthan Royals, Kings XI Punjab, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Kochi Tuskers Kerala, Rising Pune Supergiants, Chennai Super Kings, Gujarat Lions are those teams who participated in the biggest fantasy cricket league in all editions of Indian Premier League so far. Here we are discussing the lowest-scores in IPL history when the teams even couldn't touch the 100 run-mark.
However, MS Dhoni's Super Kings aren't included in the list. The two-time IPL champions Kolkata Knight Riders have recently added to it against Virat's Royal Challengers(RCB) on Wednesday, October 21, 2020. KKR just managed to score 84/8 in 20 overs against RCB yesterday, the lowest ever score in IPL history for a team without having been bowled out.

IPL 2020: KKR - 84/8 in 20 overs
Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) defeat Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR) by eight wickets in Match 39 of Dream11 IPL 2020 at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday.
KKR's 84 was the 16th lowest total in IPL history. KKR were on 14/4 inside just 4 overs as Siraj made the most of the movement in Abu Dhabi yesterday. He was well equally supported by Yuzvendra Chahal who picked up 2/15 in his 4 overs and restricted KKR to 84/8 in his 20 overs - lowest total by any team in IPL history after playing full quota of 20 overs.

IPL 2019: RCB - 70 all out in 17.1 overs
MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings(CSK) beat Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) by seven wickets in Match 1 of IPL 2019 at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chepauk, Chennai.
In this match, CSK won the toss and elected to field first. RCB crumble against spin and the team bundled out at a score of just 70 in his 17.1 overs. This was the sixth-lowest Score in IPL history. In the end, CSK wins IPL 2019 opener quite comfortably.
IPL 2018: KXIP - 88 all out in 15.1 overs
Virat's Men in Red Royal Challengers(RCB) thrashed out Kings XI Punjab(KXIP) by 10 wickets (with 71 balls remaining) in Match 48 of IPL 2018 at Holkar Cricket Stadium, Indore.
After putting field first, RCB bowls brilliantly and restricted Kings XI at a score of 88 runs in their 15.1 overs. In the end, Royal Challengers Bangalore knocked those runs off with almost 12 overs to spare and won the match rather easily.
IPL 2017: KXIP - 73 all out in 15.5 overs
Under Steve Smith's captaincy, Rising Pune Supergiants(RPS) beat Kings XI Punjab(KXIP) by 9 wickets (with 48 balls remaining) in Match 55 of IPL 2017 which was held at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune.
After elected to field first, Supergiant restricted KXIP to just 73/10 in 15.5 overs. This was the 3rd lowest Score in IPL history.

IPL 2017: Delhi Daredevils - 67/10 in 17.1 overs
Glenn Maxwell led Kings XI Punjab(KXIP) won the match by 10 wickets against Delhi Daredevils(DD) with more than 70 balls remain to be bowled out in the match. This was the 36th match of IPL 2017 at Punjab Cricket Association IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali, Chandigarh.
In it, Kings XI Punjab won the toss and elected to field first, bottom-placed Daredevils get thrashed after falling for just 67 in his 17.1 overs in a slowish track in Mohali. This was the 4th lowest score in IPL history.
IPL 2016: DD - 98 all-out in 17.4 overs
Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR) crush Delhi Daredevils(DD) by 9 wickets in the 2nd match of Indian Premier League 2016. The match was played at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
Kolkata Knight Riders elected to field first, Delhi Capitals bundled out for 98 runs in 17.4 overs. For KKR, skipper Gambhir and Manish Pandey finished the match inside 15 overs.

IPL 2015: DD - 95/10 in 18.2 overs
Virat's RCB defeat Delhi Daredevils by 10 wickets in 26th match of Pepsi Indian Premier League, 2015 at Arun Jaitley Stadium, New Delhi.
After choosing field first, Royal Challengers Bangalore seamers dismantled Delhi Daredevils for 95 at Feroz Shah Kotla, setting up their eighth consecutive win over the hosts Delhi Daredevils. Varun Aaron was named MoM award.
IPL 2014: RCB - 70 all-out in 15 overs
Shane Watson-led Rajasthan Royals(RR) outplayed Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) by 6 wickets with 7 overs to spare. This was the 14th match of Pepsi Indian Premier League 2014 and it was played Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi.
After elected to bowl first, Rajasthan Royals' bowlers scattered out the mighty batting attack of Virat's Royal Challengers and RCB collapsed out for just 70, the third-lowest score in the IPL history, only Kohli could manage to cross 20 run-mark.
IPL 2013: DD - All out for 80 runs in 19.1 overs
Sunrisers Hyderabad(SRH) outplayed Delhi Daredevils(DD) by 6 wickets in the 48th match of Indian Premier League 2013 at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Uppal, Hyderabad.
Mahela Jayawardene, DD skipper choose to bat first but Delhi team knocked out for 80 runs in 19.1 overs. This was the 10th lowest score in IPL history.
IPL 2013: Pune Warriors - 99/9 in his 20 overs
Kings XI Punjab(KXIP) thrashes Pune Warriors by 8 wickets in the 6th match of Indian Premier League 2013 at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune.
Pune Warriors won the toss and decided to bat first but it was proven wrong for them as they scattered for 99 runs in their 20 overs. Punjab begins the season with a commanding win.

Delhi Daredevils(DD) beat the all mighty Mumbai Indians(MI) by 7 wickets in the 19th match of Indian Premier League season 2012 at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

IPL 2011: RR - 97 all-out in 18.3 overs
Kochi Tuskers Kerala beat Rajasthan Royals(RR) by 8 wickets with 76 balls remaining in the 61st match of Indian Premier League season 2011 at Holkar Cricket Stadium, Indore.

Virat's Men in Red thrashed out Rajasthan Royals(RR) by 10 wickets in 10th match of Indian Premier League 2010 at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.
After taking bowl first, Royal Challengers Bangalore bowls exceptionally well and the Royals to 92 runs in 19.5 overs including a hat-trick by Praveen Kumar, decimated Rajasthan Royals for a low score and set up a huge win. Dominant Royal Challengers crush Rajasthan Royals.
IPL 2009: RCB - 87 for 10 in 15.2 overs
MS Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings(CSK) outplayed Virat's Royal Challengers(RCB) in all departments and won the match by 92 runs in 5th match of Port Elizabeth, Apr 20 2009, Indian Premier League 2009. at St George's Park, Port Elizabeth.
Chennai Super Kings won the toss and decided to go for beating first and set a mammoth target of 179/5 in their 20 overs. Matthew Hayden and Parthiv Patel quickfire at the top of the order. For RCB, Muralidharan named MoM award for his excellent spell.
IPL 2009: RR - 58 all out in 15.1 overs
Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) defeat Rajasthan Royals by a big margin of 75 runs in the 2nd match of Indian Premier League season 2009 at Newlands, Cape Town, South Africa.
Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and elected to bat first, starts badly and lost a couple of wickets early in the powerplay. But 'The Wall' Rahul Dravid holds one end and build a partnership with Englishmen Pieterson in the middle period. Chasing a stiff target, RR collapsed badly and RCB won the match comprehensively in the end.
This is the second-lowest score in IPL history.
IPL 2008: KKR - 67 all-out in 15.2 overs
Mumbai Indians(MI) crushed Kolkata Knight Riders by 8 wickets and with 87 balls remaining in the 38th match of Indian Premier League at their home ground i.e. Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
Mumbai Indians won the toss and elected to field. The whole match lasted for 20.5 overs. Kolkata was all-out for 67 in 15.2 overs and Mumbai gunned down the target off just 5.3 overs thanks to a blitz from Jayasuriya.
