India vs Australia: A massive setback came for both teams ahead of the remaining two T20 international as their key spinners Ashton Agar and Ravindra Jadeja have been ruled out from the IND vs AUS T20I series with some serious injuries. Nathan Lyon has been added to the squad in place of Agar for the remaining two T20 International which will play on 6 and 8th of December simultaneously. While leggie Yuzvendra Chahal, the concussion sub replaces Jadeja which would resultant a like-for-like sub as India defeated Australia in the opening T20 match and took an early lead in the series.
However, the clear evidence hasn't come yet in perspective with Ashton Agar as the Aussies skipper Aaron Finch is still awaiting scan results following injury concerns in the first T20 international on Friday. Agar, who has brilliant figures especially against Virat's Men in Blue on their home soil. So, Aaron Finch led the Australian cricket team will definitely missing the spinner link for the rest of the T20I series as the home side already down under with a lot of injuries in the series.

Kane Richardson, David Warner, Marcus Stoinis, and now Ashton Agar has been ruled out ahead of the upcoming much-awaited four-match Test series, kick-starting on Dec 17 at Adelaide Oval, Adelaide.

All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, the first T20I hero, will also take no further part in the three-match T20 series due to his leg injury during the first T20 on Friday. He was replaced with a concussion substitute in the form of Yuzvendra Chahal. But in the 18th over, Jadeja getting hit hard in the head. After India's innings, he was replaced by Chahal, who went on to take the big scalps of Finch and Smith.

Ravindra Jadeja skillfully batted the death overs for India by playing a cameo (44* off 23) as Team India put a challenging total of 161/7 in 20 overs. In reply, Australia had lost wickets on a regular basis due to which they fell short of 11 runs and lost the match at the hands of the visitors.
Some former cricketers and commentators questioned India’s decision, Australian skipper Aaron Finch played down the issue, saying medical opinion cannot be challenged. However, Australia coach Justin Langer was looked displeased and had some words exchanged with the match referee David Boon about the incident after India make a concussion substitute after their innings, especially as Jadeja also seemed to injure his left leg.
India will up next against Australia in the second T20 at Drummoyne Oval, Sydney tomorrow.
