Australia clinches victory by 12 runs against India in a dropping frenzy final T20I match at SCG, though Virat Kohli-led Team India sealed the series by 2-1. Skipper Virat Kohli (85) again led India from the front chase but he didn't receive the support from the other end. However, some lusty blows came from Shardul Thakur in the last over but the visitors fell short of 12 runs and finished with 174/7. Aaron Finch led Australia eventually won by a short margin. Men in Blue will lock horns against Australia in the four-match Test series from Dec 17.
For Australia Mitchell Swepson the young lad was impressed throughout the series and once again he scalped 3/23 in his full quota of four overs. All other Aussie bowlers picked up a wicket each and restrict Kohli and Co under the winning score.

Glenn Maxwell played a blitz knock of 54 but somewhere Indian fielders and bowlers helped him in this crunchy half-century. Wade (80) scored yet another fifty, showing his consistency against India.
