England Vs Pakistan 1st Test match started off on Wednesday in Old Trafford Manchester, Pakistan won the toss & decided to bat first.
Eng VS Pak Day 2 Highlights: Pakistan scored 326 in their first innings, Shah Masood scored majestic (156*) runs by leading the charge of Pakistan, England claimed the big wicket of Babar Azam at the outset on Day 2, Babar shined out by scoring (69*) runs.
Whereas England are at 92/4, trailing by 234 runs, at the end of day the day 2 Ollie Pope (46*) & Jos Buttler (15*) are still in the game, and will resume the innings on Day 3.
Shaheen Afridi took Rory Burns’s wicket in the 1st over of the England’s innings. Mohammad Abbas picked up Dom Sibley in the starting overs. England’s scores being 12/2. Ben Stokes was out for a duck by Abbas soon after, England collapsed with 12/3.
Yashir Shah cleaned up Joe Root, England were 62/4 till then. Ollie Pope & Jos Buttler will resume the innings from 92/4 on Day 3. England is at backfoot & will be looking for a revival in the 3rd day of the 1st innings.
