Dream11 IPL 2020 schedule: Fans agitated with the delay

The expectations of fans were once again broken down when after waiting for the whole day the IPL 2020 schedule was not released by Borad of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Friday 4th September.  

It's been months since BCCI shifted IPL’s venue form India to UAE. Due to rampant Covid-19 cases in India BCCI took this decision. The dates are also finalized by BCCI. The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League will start on 19th September,2020. The grand finale will be played on 10th November,2020. BCCI has given the hosting rites to three cities- Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.   

BCCI deserves an applause for continuing the tradition and organizing the event this year also despite the pandemic. The governing body is taking care of each and everything and is giving proper attention even to the minute of the things.   

With just few days left for the tournament to start all the eight teams have started their training. Teams are sweeting it out on the field to win the prestigious trophy. But, the one thing which is still missing is IPL schedule.  The much-awaited IPL schedule is yet to be released by BCCI. The delay in IPL schedule has planted frustration among IPL fans.   

On Thursday BCCI president Sourav Ganguly declared IPL schedule will be released by Friday. This announcement made IPL fans happy and looked excited for the schedule. Fans excitement was clearly seen when #IPLschedule was trending on twitter yesterday.   

However, when BCCI didn’t release the schedule, some people on twitter circulated the fake IPL schedule and disguised the fans.   

  

  

For one second people believed IPL 2020 schedule is out. But with time people realized it's not authentic. The eagerness amongst fans made them believe the fake Schedule.  

When IPL enthusiasts didn’t get the IPL schedule yesterday thier frustration was clearly seen on twitter 

 

 

The agitation of the fans is increasing day by day with the delay in IPL schedule. This delay is testing the patience of even the faithful ones. It's high time, BCCI should release the schedule. However, with the ball not in their court the only option available with the fans is to wait. 

 Since BCCI has not released the IPL schedule on Friday it is expected that the governing body will release the IPL 2020 schedule on Saturday, 5th September.
