Dream1 IPL 19 days to go: The 13th edition of the Indian premier League will be kicking off 19th September 2020. The grand finale will be played on 10th November. BCCI has released the schedule of league matches, but not yet announced the Schedule for play offs and finale. The first match will be played between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings. As the countdown is about to reach its mark players and fans are excited to see play and watch respectively.  

Teams are grinding day in and day. In a recent video posted by Delhi Capitals on their twitter account Indians Batsman Shikhar Dhawan is seen hitting a flat six right in front him. In the video Dhawan steps out the crease and sends the white Kookaburra balls over the ropes. Gabbar looks in great shape during the practice match.  

Delhi Capitals Wrote, “There are few things as satisfying to watch as Gabbar dancing down the track and depositing the white Kookaburra over the ropes”.  

 

It looks like Dhawan is ready to destroy bowlers in the upcoming season of IPL. After spending 6 years at SRH, Dhawan joined Delhi Capitals in 2019. Last season he scored 521 runs in 16 matches and played a pivotal role in taking Delhi Capitals to the playoffs. Although, they could win the championship and were eliminated by Chennai Super Kings in the qualifier two. This season Delhi would be aiming to improve on their last season performance. Delhi Capitals would be aiming for their maiden IPL title this season. 

Delhi Capitals will start this season campaign against Kings XI Punjab on 20th September. The match will be played at 7:30 PM (IST) in Dubai.
