The 13th edition of Indian Premier League is all set to start from 19 September. After landing in UAE, team players & staff are following the robust testing protocols set by the BCCI, teams will be under quarantine for 6 days as per the protocols. International players have started to join their respective teams. 

Delay in IPL 2020 Schedule 

Dream11 IPL 2020 which is set to be started from September 19, players & management staff have reached UAE, there is still no announcement of the schedule. The increasing cases of Covid-19 is causing delay from BCCI to announce the IPL 2020 schedule.    

BCCI recruits VPS Healthcare to conduct 20K tests

The BCCI has recruited VPS Healthcare as the official COVID19 testing agency for the upcoming IPL, where more than 20,000 tests will be conducted for nearly three months. The 20,000 tests will include "all players, supports staff on the franchises

As per Detailed Standard Operation Procedure issued by BCCI team & management staff will undergo tests on day1, day3 & day 6 of six days quarantine period in UAE.    

The IPL 2020 tournament will begin from 19th September, the first match will be played between Mumbai Indians & Chennai Super Kings.
