IND vs AUS 2020-21: Indian team head coach Ravi Shastri gives some tips to the Indian youngster Shubman Gill ahead of the upcoming series against Australia. Shubman Gill is an internal part of Team India for the One-day international as well as for the Test matches. The Indian cricket team is currently on an Australian tour where Virat Kohli and Co have to play three ODIs, threeT20Is, and four Tests. The ODI series starts on November 27, 2020.

Shastri shared a photo on Twitter, writing, "Nothing could be better than discussing a great game like cricket." Shastri also tweeted a photo while talking with Shubman Gill. Gill has played two ODIs for India so far. He is part of the ODI and Test team on the tour of Australia.

Gill, who has represented in just two matches for the National side in the 50-over format so far. The 21-year-old will be focused to gear up on coming up with impressive performances in the upcoming tour to Australia in order to cement his spot for the future.

Shubman Gill, who gives his IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) to a solid starts most of the time and he was the key success for the Knight Riders which nearly qualified for the IPL playoffs but due to their fortunes, eventually missed out due to their inferior Net Run Rate. Gill scored 440 runs in 14 matches with an impressive average of 33. 84 including three half-centuries.

The first match of the ODI series will be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). The second match will also be held on November 29 at the same venue. The third match will be played at the Manuka Oval, Canberra on December 2. After this, the three-match T20 series will be played. The three T20 matches will take place on December 4, 6, and 8.

India will then go on to save the Border-Gavaskar trophy in the Test series. The first match is to be held in Adelaide on 17 December. Meanwhile, Virat Kohli will return home after the first test for the birth of his first child.
