BBL 10 Perth Scorchers vs Melbourne Stars: The unseasonal rainfall has ruined the ninth match of Big Bash League (BBL) 2020-21 that has been played between Perth Scorchers and Melbourne Stars at UTAS Stadium. When Melbourne Stars wicket-keeper batsman Nicholas Pooran was making his way out, the rains fall once again and the umpires have called off the match. Both teams have shared a point each. It seems to be an interesting rivalry, but the rain has played a spoilsport and the Match has been abandoned.

Perth Scorchers (PRS) inning finished their inning with 158/6 after 17 overs before the rain came at University of Tasmania Stadium, Launceston. Scorchers with the result climbed up one rung and moved to seventh position while Melbourne Stars still topped the table.

Earlier, Melbourne Stars (MLS) have won the toss and have decided to field first. Colin Munro and Joe Clarke had a decent partnership for the second wicket, while the newly-made captain Ashton Turner played a cameo (39 off 17 balls) which studded with 5 maximum. For Melbourne Stars, Stanlake, Hatcher, and Maddinson scalped a couple of wickets each.

Take a look at the 'Centimetre-perfect' save in the field by Melbourne Stars' skipper Glenn Maxwell.
