Australian James Pattinson has joined the Mumbai Indians practice after completing his seven days quarantine period in UAE. Pattinson finished first training with the teams and looks really excited for the season, Most particularly for bowling alongside one of the best T20 bowlers in the world- Trent Boult and Jasprit Bumrah. Pattinson is not a part of Australian squad currently in England for T20 and ODI series.

Mumbai Indians Twitter handle shared a video in which glimpses of James Pattison practice with the whole squad could be seen. He looks ecstatic and answered a few questions also.  Mumbai Indians uploaded the Video with the Caption, "Pattinson has joined the camp and is thrilled to partner with Boom and Boult!". 

Pattinson also spoke about what he feels to be a part of Mumbai Indians. He said, " It is a privilege to come over and be a part of one of the most successful teams in IPL history. He further spoke about how excited he is to bowl alongside Bumrah and Boult. " This is my first day out of quarantine, I had seven days inside, its good to have a light bowl with boulty (Boult). It is just fantastic to work with some of the best bowlers in the world. Obviously, Bumrah is probably the best T20 bowler in the world and Boulty is up there as well. For me, it will be a great experience to be around these guys" he added. 

Pattinson has a past experience of playing in UAE. He feels since pithces are dry and only three pitches will be used in the season slower bowls will come more into play as the season passes by. Pattinson is hoping to be match fit as the Tournament starts in very few days. 

Mumbai Indians will play their first game against Chennai Super Kings on 19th September in Abu Dhabi.
