Arjun Tendulkar son of legend Sachin Tendulkar was recently seen enjoying with Mumbai Indians players during their swimming pool recovery session. The image has resulted in birth of speculation whether Arjun is joining Holders Mumbai Indians for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League to be held in UAE.
The speculation of Arjun Tendulkar joining four-time champions Mumbai Indians are not true. Actually, Arjun Tendulkar is travelling with Mumbai Indians as a part of their net Bowlers. Net Bowlers are not a part of the main squad but travel with the team. This is not the first time Arjun Tendulkar has travelled with Mumbai Indians. In the previous editions also, he has bowled in Mumbai Indians net practice sessions. However, Mumbai Indians has not signed him yet.
Arjun Tendulkar is left arm seamer. He has represented Mumbai in various age categories. He has impressed everyone with his all-round display in the domestic circuits. Arjun has been seen supporting Mumbai Indians since IPL inception. At number of occasions he has been seen in Wankhade Stadium (Mumbai Indians Home ground) cheering for his favorite team.
The 13th season of the Indian Premier League will start on 19th September 2020. The first match will be played between Rohit Sharma's Mumbai Indians and MS Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings on 19th September at 7:30 in Abu Dhabi.
